1. Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie, underwear, and intimate apparel are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

For safety and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any intimate wear items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund for the affected item

We are unable to process claims submitted after 48 hours.

3. Size & Fit Issues

We provide detailed size charts for all products to help you choose the correct size.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the size guide before placing an order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selection (too small or too large).

All size-related decisions are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or defective items, and are subject to stock availability.

We do not guarantee size exchanges or product swaps.

If an exchange is approved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Finality

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
